Shipping labels will have no markings other than your address.

Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Check-Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept most credit cards - we prefer VISA but accept AMEX, DINERS and MASTERCARD.

If you choose the option marked "send invoice and pay before delivery" you may pay by cheque, postal order or cash, remembering always to send cash via registered mail.

Please make a note of the order number that is generated when you make a purchase.

Shipping And Handling Orders are dispatched from within the UK in plain packaging and should normally be received by you within 14 working days .

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will backorder for you. If the item on backorder is part of a multiple purchase those items will be shipped inmediately and the backorder will be shipped as soon as it arrives. There are no further delivery costs for a backordered item.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
